1. Scope
These terms govern subscriptions and licences bought through the Booknip marketplace, directly or through an authorised Booknip partner.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions run for the selected term and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices for an unchanged plan are held for the renewal.
3. Payment and tax
Fees are payable in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown before payment and on the tax invoice.
4. Cancellation and refunds
New purchases may be cancelled for a full refund within the cancellation window shown at checkout. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
5. Partners
Where a partner sells, invoices or supports your subscription, the partner is responsible for those services.
6. Data protection
Booknip processes personal data as described in the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Agreement.
